Hope in the Face of Adversity: Touchpoints in the Context of Substance Use Disorder

Building relationships with parents living with substance use disorder (SUD) and their children who have experienced prenatal exposure can often be challenging. The Touchpoints Approach is an evidence-based, relational practice that builds collaborative family-provider partnerships in service of strong, healthy family-child relationships from before birth throughout early childhood. If you work with young children and families who live in the context of SUD, this professional development offering will introduce you to concrete strengths-based and relational strategies you can use to support yourself and the families with whom you work.
