Ravi has been working with both children and adults with developmental disabilities since 2014. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis in Autism. Ravi currently works as a Behavior Manager for Campbell Union School District. Prior to that, Ravi has held roles as a BCBA in San Mateo County and was a Clinical Director at an ABA company leading behavioral interventions for clients ranging from 18 months – 21 years old.
Cindy has worked with children with developmental disabilities in both home and school programs for 25 years. She currently works as the Classified Manager for Campbell Union School District. Prior to that, she was a Behavior Specialist for the district and collaborated closely with ABA agencies providing behavioral interventions. Cindy has led trainings in ABA and is currently a certified trainer for QBS.
